Compliance with Texas Minimum Standards:  Ensure the center complies with all Texas minimum standards and regulations. Stay informed about any updates or changes in regulations related to childcare.

Staff Management and scheduling: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a highly qualified and motivated team. Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal child-to-staff ratios.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in education or childcare management.
